Wildflowers in the West

Welcome to an informative website that has been designed to help you find where the wildflowers are in the region north of Perth in Western Australia. We have aimed to give you as much information as possible to make it easy to find wildflowers and offer you all the information you will need as you travel to the locations of the flowers.

On this website you will find information about attractions, dates and events, accommodation and food availability as well as detailed information about the wildflowers you will see on your travels in the western wildflower region.

We have tried to give as much information as possible about each wildflower that is found in the region including its scientific name, aboriginal name (if known) and approximate flowering times. The website will be updated weekly to show what is in flower when you need it.

We would like to thank the Wheatbelt Development Commission who funded the project through the Wheatbelt Regional Development Scheme for the initial set up of this website and its promotion.
